Hi, I'm Lisa Hart and I provide childcare at my licenced home daycare.
I have been open since September 2005.
I am the mother of one ten year old boy and a three year old daughter.
I have completed 12 units of early childhood education:
Child Development and Psychology
Curriculum
Development
Family and Community
Creative Process of the Young child
I have both completed Pediatric
First Aid, CPR, and Health and Safety classes, and have completed fingerprinting and background checks as required by
the State of California for Licencing.

Background Information for Lisa Hart
My name is Lisa Hart, and I am the owner and daycare provider of Little Stars Daycare. I have been providing occasional
care and volunteer child services since I was twelve! I have always enjoyed interacting with and providing care for children.
My prior work experience is in management as well as accounting. I retrained as a preschool teacher in 2005, taking early
childhood education classes at Diablo Valley College.
After finishing my training I decided I wanted to run a home daycare so I could stay home with my year old son and provide
more individualized care for children.
I am also a professional artist, and enjoy letting my creative talents help form fun and exciting activities and projects
with the children in my care.
